What you’ll do:
Manage daily responsibilities for assigned E-Commerce partners
Work cross-functionally across the company to set strategy, implement and manage an E-Commerce posting and sales procedure
Research antiquities and collector items to provide thorough, accurate, and well written listings for internet publication
Optimize item listings utilizing data analytics
Assist with all aspects of order management including dispute resolution and chargebacks
Review customer feedback and provide excellent customer service aligned with product knowledge, E-Commerce, and company policies.
Report marketplace performance metrics, define results, oversee marketing programs
The Ideal Candidate has:
Experience with product listings, web analytics, online marketing and E-Commerce tools
Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organization skills
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Must possess ability to create, analyze and comprehend marketplace trending
Analytically-minded; someone who is comfortable with data, results-driven and can navigate through ambiguity
Proficient in Google Suite of Analytics Tools, especially Google Sheets, and CRM Software such as Salesforce

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently pick and fulfill orders according to our standards
Meet print, pick, pack, and ship goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standard

Work across internal software systems to conduct various tasks such as printing and shipping
Ensure all shipments receive the correct labeling, and are packaged to arrive accurately, safely and on-time

Job Summary:
Assists with the processing functions of online retail business by evaluating, photographing, and posting various merchandise for sale on eBay.com, and other auction-oriented sites. Merchandise will include, but will not be limited to clothing, shoes, and accessories, furniture, musical instruments, jewelry, decorative items, housewares, art, electronics, sports equipment, bicycles, collectibles, and vintage/antique items.
Lister:
Uses the internet, published guidelines, consults with experts, and researches potential merchandise to be place online for sale; determines the type and function of the item; the fair market value; eligibility for vintage/antique status; brand; potential buyers; and whether the item is genuine, and other details in order to make an educated assessment as to the item’s salability on our online markets. Writes persuasive sales copy about merchandise items. Measures and weighs merchandise items accurately, inclusive of packaging. Posts merchandise items for sale on marketplace channels using e-goods software. Keeps accurate records, using e-goods software, of merchandise items posted, sold, sales price, inventory, origin, and destination. Uses warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks to move products in or out, and within the warehouse.
Photographer:
Takes clear and accurate photographs of items, in such detail and number to provide the potential customer with enough information about the item’s appearance, condition, size, color, shape, composition, brand, model, size, and other descriptive detail. Utilizes photography equipment to take excellent photos of items. Removes merchandise from containers and sort, as needed. Maintain work areas in a neat and orderly manner with clean-up activities performed throughout the facility
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of basic photographic principles to operate a mid-level digital camera, including the ability to upload pictures to a computer. Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of the English language including proper grammar and punctuation. Ability to be a self-starter and learn quickly. Ability to be extremely detail oriented. Ability to conduct reliable research using the Internet. Ability to maintain organization of work area. Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in the English language. Ability to complete all assigned tasks quickly, and in an efficient manner, adhering to departmental quotas. Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures. Education and Experience:
