Can you take our iOS and tvOS apps to the next level? We are looking for an experienced iOS developer, who will be responsible for contributing to the development, maintenance, and integrations of applications with Pac-12 Now, our TV Everywhere app that reaches hundreds of thousands of users. Developers on our remote team have a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products.
The Pac-12 office is based in San Francisco, but this position is open to fully remote employees in the states of California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain performant, reusable, and reliable Swift code
Translate designs, wireframes, and business rules into high quality code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Contribute to both the iOS and tvOS apps.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Xcode and Swift
2+ years’ work experience developing applications for both iPhone & iPad
Familiarity with RESTful or GraphQL APIs to connect applications to back-end services
Strong knowledge of iOS UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
Experience with Threads, GCD, and iOS memory management
Familiarity with auto layout and storyboards
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
Worked on at least one application in the App Store
A creative thinker and experienced problem solver with a hunger for knowledge
Bonus: Video development experience with HLS and/or tvOS experience

We have been retained by our client to deliver a iOS Developer to work 100% remote on a long-term, 1-2+ year contract basis as part of a large software engineering team creating a complex, and cutting-edge iOS applications . You will enjoy working with Agile methodologies, scrum, TDD, and the scaled agile framework, while working as a team, and independently solving the complex software problems associated the long list of complex features of this mobile app used by our client’s large enterprise. You will enjoy the OOP, OOD, Objective-C, Swift capabilities and the personalities of this articulate, well-spoken and software engineering team you will join, and communicate with during your weekday agile/scrum meetings.
We are seeking a iOS Developer who is a motivated self-starter and passionate about native iOS, Objective-C, and/or Swift.
Required Experience:
Restful Web Services with JSON with NSURLSession
NSURLSession or NSURLRequest, NSURLResponse, NSURLProtocol, NSURLCache, NSHTTPCookieStorage, NSURLCredentialStorage, and its namesake, NSURLConnection
6+ years experience building iOS Apps

We are looking for a thoughtful, well-rounded iOS engineer to help build Home personalization experiences. Home is the very first thing you see when you fire up the app, the face of Spotify. What you'll do
Take a critical iOS engineering role on the team responsible for building Home mobile personalized experiences.
Collaborate with a team of developers, designers, and product owners across Spotify to extend the reach of Voice UI/UX.
Build groundbreaking iOS apps that bring the joy of music & podcast to millions of users.
Design, develop and extend Continuous Integration & Development (CI/CD) systems purpose-built for testing Home on Mobile at scale.
Write clear, maintainable code that will scale across a number of projects and distributed development teams.
Work as a peer to machine learning experts in speech recognition and natural language understanding.
Who you are
You have several years of experience as an iOS Engineer with Objective-C and Swift, and are willing to work with both. C++ experience would be a bonus.
